These Terms & Conditions are to ensure the Safety and Enjoyment of all Patrons. Age Restrictions 1. All The Place to Be Promotions events are 14+ unless stated otherwise 2. Ticket Holders under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult over the age of 18 (one adult may be responsible for up-to, and including, four persons only) 3. Ticket holders aged 16+ may enter unaccompanied 4. All age restrictions are subject to identification checks – ID is restricted to Passports and Driving Licenses Admission 1. Venue Management reserves the right to refuse admission should patrons breach any Rules and Regulations of the Venue 2. Venue Management may on occasions have to conduct security searches on Patrons – any persons found in possession of offensive weapons of any description may be refused entry and/or the items seized and handed over to the Police 3. Tickets are non-refundable or transferable - The Place to Be Promotions cannot be held responsible for any tickets which are lost or stolen 4. No re-admission policy is strictly enforced 5. No Bottles, Cans, Alcohol or Food is to be brought into any venue 6. No illegal substances of any description may be brought into, dealt or taken on the premises - Anyone caught in possession of such substances will be ejected from the premises and may be reported to the police 7. No entry fees will be refunded following ejection or refused entry Anti-social Behavior 1. Any ticket holder throwing or kicking objects of any description will be ejected from the premises – no refund will be given 2. Ticket Holders found to be soliciting other patrons will be ejected from the premises – no refund will be given 3. Patrons will respect neighbours by keeping noise levels as low as possible when leaving the premises Conditions of Entry 1. Ticket Holders consent to any filming, photography and sound recordings as members of the audience 2. No professional “type” audio/visual or any digital recording equipment will be allowed into the venue without written agreement 3. Ticket Holders may be subject to continuous sound levels which may cause potential damage to hearing – The Place to Be Promotions encourages the use of Ear Protection at all its events 4.
